Women's Director & Church Office Manager
 
Lois Hasselblad has been working at Bear Valley Church since 1985, and has been a part of the church for over thirty years. She and her husband, Wayne, have eight children and nine grandchildren. She works as Women's Director, Office Manager, and helps visitors at the Information Counter on Sundays.
 
The purpose of the Women's Ministry is "Connecting Women With God and With Each Other." A team of women lead this ministry for all ages of women. They seek to help women mature in their personal faith and to nurture friendships. To do this, there are several Bible studies, small group topical studies, "fun nights", and prayer days, as well as larger connecting events like retreats, luncheons, and tours. Other options include an active MOPS group for mothers, a Teen MOPS, two Women's Sunday Morning Classes, and a quilting group. Women also work on ministry projects in the inner city, and "pray and care" for missionaries with the Missions Care Team. All women are invited to join us.
