Weekly Meetings:
Every Thursday in the BVC gym from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm
Patrol Leader's Council:
Meeting held the first Thursday of every month at 6:30pm for youth leaders.
Adult Committee Meetings:
Usually meets first Sunday after first Thursday, held at Bear Valley Church in Room 114 at 3pm, call ahead (303-986-2073) to confirm date has not been changed.

| August 7 | Court of Honor – Kendrick Lake Park (just east of BVC - weather permitting) |
| August 13 | Shopping for Float Trip |
| August 14 | Water Safety Overview / Quiz |
| August 15-17 | Float Trip to Radium, CO with the Flints |
| August 21 | Regular Meeting |
| August 28 | Meal Planning for Mt. Bierstadt 14er and Camping Permission Slips and Money DUE |
| September 4 | Regular Meeting |
| September 5-7 | Mt. Bierstadt 14er and Campout (6 adults suggested) |
| October TBA | District Camporee |
| November 8-9 | Golden Gate Canyon SP or White Ranch Open Space Park - 1 Night Backpacking Trip |
| December 18 | Court of Honor |
| December TBA | Help with Angel Tree Gifts |
| January 16-18? | Timberline Klondike |
| Feburary 6-8 | Okpik @ Camp Tahosa (Scouts 13+ only - Winter skills / Quinzee / etc.) |
| Feburary 20 | Church Lock-in |
| March 13-15 | Cabin Camping @ Tahosa or Peaceful Valley |
| April 18-20 | Rocky Mountain National Park, including 5-mile hike |
| May 15-17 | Bear Creek Lake Park Camping (family camping, family welcome) |
| June 12-14 | Fairplay Camping @ Mr. Flint’s |
| July TBA | Summer Camp |
